Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun a.k.a. Wizkid is courting one scandal too many in recent time and the ‘Ojuelegba’ singer doesn’t seem to worry about possible backlash of his social media fights. However, this is not also to feign ignorance of Tekno’s indiscretion. The ‘Pana’ singer (Tekno) who apparently just started engaging with fans on Twitter has drawn himself into the fuss about international recognition.
Tekno may have just put himself in the middle of the lingering swipes being thrown about on social media between Wizkid and Davido regarding their individual international feats.
Understandably, Wizkid took a shot at Tekno, calling him a duck face who doesn’t know his place by meddling into the beef between him and Davido.
In response to a fan who regarded Tekno as still upcoming in relation to Wizkid and Davido, Tekno replied with some air of confidence and humour, tweeting that the world would soon know who is more international.
It’s therefore safe to conclude that Wizkid on seeing the Tekno tweet about international ambitions has gone on to say something about it.
A Twitter user with handle @iamkach_e also waded into the matter seemingly throwing shades at Tekno. Both Twitter users @Iamsamshegzy and @thorbylorbar also jumped in with a tweet apparently shading Davido and Tekno. But Wizzy still went on to claim he never beefs after all his suggestive tweets.
Things seem to be spreading in more interesting ways than they were months ago as the artistes’ fangs are bared and their level of tolerance shrinks.
